Hiring preference will go to those with previous ESP experience and those who can commit to working the entire summer. 

Roles available on our Summer Staff: 

- Camp counselor: paid hourly, camp counselors are placed in an age unit of campers with disabilities that you will be paired with weekly to ensure their camp experience is safe and fun! 

- Unit Leader: paid a salary, Unit Leaders are on our Camp Leadership team. They are in charge of an entire unit of campers and are responsible for the training and coaching of their summer staff. Must be available starting beginning of May-August

- Specialty Leader: paid a salary, Specialty Leaders are on our Camp Leadership team. They are responsible for the camp wide activities and safe operations of camp. Must be available starting mid April-August. 

- Camp Assistant: paid a salary, on our Full-time team for the summer. Responsible for planning for, training all individuals on, overall execution of summer camp. Roles available: TBD.
